Refund Policy

Strict No Refund Policy – All Transactions Final

• No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations are provided under any circumstances once payment is made.
• This applies to all enterprise programs, registrations, enrollments, consultations, materials, access to resources, or any other paid offerings.
• Reasons such as change of mind, non-participation, dissatisfaction, results not met, business outcomes, or any other cause do not qualify for refund.

Rationale

Our programs involve customized planning, dedicated resources, expert time allocation, and immediate access/setup upon enrollment. Refunds are not part of our business model.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Pre-program cancellations are not accepted and do not entitle refund/credit.
• Missing sessions/modules results in forfeiture without compensation.
• Rescheduling may be considered at our sole discretion, subject to availability — no guarantee.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating chargeback/dispute via bank/payment provider will lead to immediate termination of access, forfeiture of program benefits, and ineligibility for future services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We adhere to relevant provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable, but our no-refund stance is clearly communicated and agreed upon at purchase.
